I make fitness and nutrition simple, sustainable and dare I say, fun.

A bit about me

Let’s start with the basics. My name is Annaliese and I am an online health and fitness coach. My simple pleasures include a dunkin cold brew, anything autumn related and getting to bed at a reasonable hour.

Oh and I am also a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer. I graduated from the University of Connecticut with my degree in dietetics. I have 5 years of experience working 1 on 1 with nutrition clients and have interned with Yale University in their strength and conditioning program.

I am the type of coach who cares about your mental and physical health equally. I hope it wasn’t in your plans to cut out carbs or sweat for 2 hours a day on the treadmill. I can tell you, it’s not in mine.

We are going to establish nutrition and exercise habits that fit into your life but we’re are also going to improve your mindset. Your relationship with food and exercise matters too.

This is not a cookie cutter plan. Your protocols will be carefully created and individualized to meet your needs. If something isn’t working, we will assess it together and adapt.

Flexible

I won’t force you to eat steamed broccoli and chicken for every meal. Part of achieving long term success is allowing for flexibility and making adjustments along the way.

Sustainable

My goal is that you walk away from our work together having the tools and habits to sustain a healthy lifestyle on your own.
