A bit about me…
I’m a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist - but more importantly, I am someone who loves helping people build strength, confidence and a sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition.
If you’re tired of yo-yo dieting, feeling stuck or are confused about what actually works, you’re in the right place. My services are all about science-backed strategies, personalized support and creating a plan that fits into your life.
With over 5 years of experience in the nutrition and fitness space, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients - including athletes at Yale University, individuals recovering from eating disorders and mental health challenges and those simply looking to improve their general health and nutrition.
My background and experience has shaped the way I coach today. I know that true health is not only about what you eat or what you do in the gym - it’s also about your mindset, your relationship with food and exercise, and building habits that actually last.

This is not a cookie cutter plan. Your protocols will be carefully curated and individualized to meet your needs. If something isn’t working, we will assess it together and adapt.

Who wants to eat broccoli and grilled chicken every day? Not me, personally. Part of achieving long term success is allowing for flexibility with food choices and making the plan work for you.
